kučka is the electronic project of Perth composer Laura Jane Lowther. An eclectic combination of delicate, ambient tones, industrial glitches, heavy bass and captivating vocal layering defines kučka’s sound. Laura has worked on a variety of projects from sound art to film scores, and most recently composed ‘Nomad’ for the Western Australian Symphony Orchestra’s Echo ensemble as part of the young and emerging artist program.
